| My world!! |
Wow what a wonderful mother's day I had!! This was the first mother's day that I think my children ( well Hannah and Shelby) actually understood what mother's day meant. I was treated to a nice breakfast with Brent's mother, grandmothers and aunt at the Cheesecake Factory. You see, this small town princess has never been to a nice restaurant like this before and with three children I will never do it again!! But overall it was a delightful brunch! Oh and the cheesecake was divine. I mean if you are going to the cheesecake factory you should have cheesecake right?!? Although, I waited till I got home to devour this enormous piece of cheesecake.

After we left, we went to the mall because my wonderful husband didn't think and advance and buy my mother's day gift! So he let me shop for a little while for the perfect outfit for my hot date with Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan this weekend :) Let me tell you, I don't know if my behind has just gotten bigger (which is the case but I refuse to admit it) or the clothes these days have just gotten smaller because everything I tried on was way to short and tight!! I mean geesh!! I guess this mama just can't wear those teenage styles any more. So feeling VERY defeated I found my husband in Dick's sporting goods store and he said why don't you just get you a nice running outfit. Oh, how well this man knows me!! I mean this is what I wear 90% of the time anyways. So I found me a nice pair of running shorts and I was beyond happy :)
To top the day off, I was able to take a nap, yes I said I took a nap, read a book and have my dinner cooked, cut and served to me! I had the best little waitress!! Hannah was so sweet and waited on me hand and foot. I was treated like a queen, but you see if I had not been showered with all this nice little gifts and adventures I would have been just as happy. My life revolves around these 4 people and I am so thankful that God choose me to be their mommy!!
